Assistant Manager (Engineer – Electrical)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in electrical equipment installation, maintenance (e.g., UPS, generators, HVAC systems), and preparation of tenders.
• Skills: Energy-saving initiatives and electrical safety audits.

Assistant Manager (Engineer – Fire)

• Education:
  • B.E. (Fire) from NFSC Nagpur or equivalent.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Safety & Fire Engineering or Fire Technology & Safety Engineering.
  • Graduates of Institution of Fire Engineers or Divisional Officers Course (NFSC).
• Experience: 2–3 years in fire safety, firefighting systems, or as Fire Officer in corporates or government institutions.
• Skills: Fire prevention systems, evacuation procedures, and fire audits.

Age Criteria

• Assistant Manager (Civil/Electrical): 21–30 years.
• Assistant Manager (Fire): 21–40 years.
• Age relaxation for reserved categories as per government norms.

• Compliance with safety and procedural guidelines.

Selection Process

For Civil and Electrical Engineers:

1. Online Written Test: Includes General Aptitude and Professional Knowledge.
   • No negative marking.
   • Must qualify in the Professional Knowledge section.
2. Interaction (Interview): Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated based on performance in the written test.

For Fire Officers:

1. Shortlisting: Based on qualifications and experience.
2. Interaction (Interview): Carried out for shortlisted candidates.

Final Merit List:

• Weighted scores: 70% (written test) + 30% (interview) for Civil/Electrical.
• 100% interview performance for Fire Officers.

Salary
