AAI Junior & Senior Assistant Recruitment 2025

Eligibility Criteria

1. Senior Assistant (Official Language)

• Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level OR vice versa.
• OR Master’s degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory subjects at graduation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in translation work (Hindi to English & vice versa).

2. Senior Assistant (Accounts)

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.Com.) from a recognized university.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Computer literacy in MS Office is mandatory.

3. Senior Assistant (Electronics)

• Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Radio Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

4. Junior Assistant (Fire Service)

• 10th Pass + 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Fire OR 12th Pass (Regular Study).
• Must have a valid driving license (Heavy/Medium/Light Motor Vehicle as per conditions).
• Must meet physical fitness requirements.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years (as of 05/03/2025)
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms
  • PwBD Candidates: Up to 10-15 years depending on the category

Key Skills Required

• Fluency in English and Hindi (for Official Language post)
• Computer proficiency (for Senior Assistant posts)
• Technical knowledge (for Electronics and Accounts posts)
• Good physical fitness & driving skills (for Fire Service post)

Selection Process

The recruitment process involves multiple stages:

1. Computer-Based Written Examination (CBT) (2 hours)
   • For Senior Assistant Posts:
     • 50% subject-related questions
     • 50% General Knowledge, English, Reasoning & Aptitude
   • For Junior Assistant (Fire Service):
     • 50% subject-related questions
     • 50% General Knowledge, English, Reasoning & Aptitude
2. Skill Tests (as per post requirement)
   • Typing & Translation Test (for Official Language post)
   • Computer Literacy Test (for Accounts post)
   • Physical Endurance & Driving Test (for Fire Service post)
     • 100m running, rope climbing, ladder climbing, casualty carrying test, pole climbing
3. Medical Examination & Document Verification
