IDBI Junior Assistant Manager 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
✔ A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
✔ Candidates appearing in their final semester can also apply but must submit proof of graduation before March 1, 2025.
✔ Proficiency in computers is mandatory.

Selection Process

- General/Economy/Banking Awareness – 60 marks
2. Personal Interview
Candidates shortlisted from the online test will be called for an interview.
3. Final Selection
Based on merit in the online test and interview, final selection will be made.
IDBI JAM Salary & Benefits
✔ During Training: ₹5,000 per month
✔ During Internship: ₹15,000 per month
✔ After Joining as Junior Assistant Manager: ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh per annum (varies by location)
