Qualification
Candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
- Educational Background:
- Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management with specialization in Finance/Banking or Finance.
- Or Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/ICWA.
- Specific streams like IT, Law, Human Resources, Risk Management, and others have additional specialized qualifications.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 1-year post-qualification experience in officer cadre roles in Banks, Financial Institutions, Central/State Government, PSUs, or other reputed organizations.
- Experience in infrastructure-related fields is desirable.
- Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in computers and information technology.
- Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills.

- Minimum Age: 21 years (as of November 30, 2024).
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as of November 30, 2024).

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two phases:
- Phase I: Online Examination
- Objective Test: Includes sections on Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Current Affairs.
- Domain Knowledge Test: Questions related to the field of specialization.
- Phase II: Interview
- Candidates shortlisted based on the Phase I scores will be invited for a technical and behavioral interview.
Note: The final selection is based on a 40:60 weightage of the Online Examination and Interview scores.
Salary
The initial basic pay is ₹44,500/- per month in the pay scale of ₹44,500–89,150, along with additional allowances and benefits like:
- Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance.
- Benefits such as leased accommodation, medical reimbursements, meal cards, and more.
Approximate CTC: ₹19 lakhs per annum.
