State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) for the year 2024. This clerical cadre role is available across various states in India. Qualification

1. Educational Qualification
   Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university as of 31.12.2024.
   • Final-year students can apply provisionally but must provide proof of passing by the specified date.
   • Matriculate ex-servicemen with at least 15 years of service and relevant certificates are also eligible.
2. Language Proficiency
   Applicants must be proficient in the local language of the state/UT they apply for, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Age Criteria

• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years (as of 01.04.2024).
  Candidates must be born between 02.04.1996 and 01.04.2004 (inclusive).

Selection Process

The selection process includes the following phases:

1. Preliminary Exam
   • 100 Marks | 1 Hour | Online.
   • Sections:
     • English Language: 30 Marks
     • Numerical Ability: 35 Marks
     • Reasoning Ability: 35 Marks
2. Main Exam
   • 200 Marks | 2 Hours 40 Minutes.
   • Sections:
     • General/Financial Awareness: 50 Marks
     • General English: 40 Marks
     • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Marks
     • Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude: 60 Marks
3. Language Test
   Candidates must clear the test for the opted local language unless they provide a 10th/12th certificate proving they studied the language.

Salary

• Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- per month.
• Total starting emoluments: Approximately ₹46,000/- (including allowances).

Candidates will also receive benefits like DA, PF, medical facilities, leave fare, and pension under the New Pension Scheme.
